Reporting to the sales manager, the Technical Sales Engineer is in charge of responding to incoming requests from the company's network of resellers.

Autonomous within its scope, it demonstrates the functionality of the product.

He analyzes customer needs.

He advises, proposes and formalizes the recommended solution.

He is in charge of encryption.

He is called upon to support partners with their clients.

He works in interaction with prospects and customers so that the proposed solutions are adapted to their business processes and can be integrated into their technical environments.

It implements models and tests. He coordinates and monitors the production of the solution.

The Technical Sales Engineer coordinates the network of partners that he trains, informs and occasionally accompanies during demonstrations and events.

He works in permanent collaboration with the internal R&D and Support teams.

The profile :

This position is intended for an IT / Telecom Engineer or equivalent university level with a successful experience of 3 to 5 years in a technical-sales, pre-sales or project manager position, ideally with an editor or an integrator communication solutions.

You have an excellent general IT / telecoms culture and a strong technical sensitivity: Systems (Windows, Unix, Exchange, Lotus Notes ...), networks (TCP / IP, directories, security ...) and telecoms (ISDN, VoIP, PABX ...).

Your interpersonal skills, your listening skills, your rigor, your writing skills and the desire to get involved in order to succeed are assets for the position.
