We are representing a well-known and independent law-firm in Luxembourg. They advise Luxembourgish and international clients on a wide range of subjects linux skills.
To sustain their growth, they are looking to reinforce their HR team with an Expert in HR Information System, who will work hand to hand with the HR Director.
Main responsibilities :
Participate in the maintenance, the development, and the improvement of the existing HR tools (HR access especially),
Identify and analyze the system evolution needs, participate in the drafting of procedures,
Contribute to identifying et solve any kind of problems with the systems,
Be the key partner between HR, IT, and providers,
Develop and maintain dashboards allowing HR strategic management.
Your profile:
Master's degree in an Engineer School or a Business School, focused on Information systems,
About 3 to 5 years of experience in the HR Information systems,
Solid knowledge of the HR Access system,
Knowledge of databases and of SQL,
Fluent in French and English,
Team player, solutions-oriented, good communication skills,
Analytical and synthetic mindset, rigorous, proactive and autonomous.
